WHO WE ARE
Fall Creek Builders, Inc. was established by Woody Barnes to provide his customers with professional construction management and quality built custom homes and remodeling. With a degree in Construction Science & Management from Kansas State University, and over 30 years of building experience, Woody and his team strive to provide honest, individual attention to innovative ideas and quality craftsmanship.

Woody’s work experience has involved him in all aspects of building projects, from conceptual design and estimating, to real estate development, to project design/specifications and budgeting, to on-site supervision and project management. Although the first part of Woody’s career involved larger commercial construction projects, His passion was with the hands-on workmanship associated with custom home-building and remodeling. This same skill has proven valuable on several “light-commercial” projects over the past few years as Fall Creek Builders has also remodeled area banks, churches and professional offices in and around south-central Kansas.

Over the past fifteen years Fall Creek Builders has provided its services in the Sedgwick county Kansas communities of Wichita, Andover & Goddard; Sumner county Kansas, Harper County Kansas, Grant County Oklahoma and Kay County Oklahoma.
